Kraken Expands Crypto Offerings with 19 New Altcoins and Three Blockchains
Crypto exchange Kraken has announced the upcoming expansion of its offerings by adding 19 new altcoins and three additional blockchains to its platform. Among the altcoins slated for consideration are memecoins such as Peanut the Squirrel (PNUT), Neiro (NEIRO), and Notcoin (NOT), alongside other playful tokens like Fwog (FWOG), MAGA (TRUMP), Dogs (DOGS), and Moo Deng (MOODENG). Kraken will also integrate decentralized exchange DYDX, decentralized storage network Arweave (AR), and Binance’s BNB Chain, including their native assets. The inclusion of these currencies on the exchange's listing roadmap serves as a preliminary step, subject to a rigorous evaluation process involving in-depth analysis, legal reviews, and the approval of the Kraken Listing Committee. This system is designed to ensure fairness and integrity in Kraken’s operations, reflecting their commitment to maintaining high standards in the rapid expansion of their crypto asset listings.
