Hamilton has approved requests from Ripple and its CEO Brad Garlinghouse to seal certain documents in the ongoing lawsuit against the SEC. The court justified the decision by aligning it with the Ninth Circuit’s “compelling reasons” standard, balancing confidentiality needs against public information rights.
