Bitcoin and AI Innovation: How Nigeria is Positioning Itself as a Technological Leader

Nigeria is poised to become a trailblazer in technology through the establishment of Wini Institution in Epe, Lagos, Africa's first dedicated artificial intelligence (AI) university. This pioneering initiative is designed to furnish young Nigerians with advanced AI competencies, promoting a robust technology sector. Drawing inspiration from a Qatar-based institution, Wini University will integrate programs on AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and machine learning. The Nigerian government has endorsed this project, recognizing its potential to revolutionize education and stimulate economic advancement. The overarching ambition is to transform Lagos into "Africa’s Silicon Valley" by nurturing elite AI talent.
