Bullish Global Eyes Public Debut in 2025 Amidst Crypto Market Surge: A Bloomberg Insight
Crypto exchange Bullish Global is reportedly planning an initial public offering for as early as 2025, as per Bloomberg sources. The move aligns with the surge in cryptocurrency valuations following recent political shifts in the United States. Spearheaded by CEO Tom Farley and a team of over 275 across multiple global locations, Bullish is a direct subsidiary of blockchain innovator Block.one. With substantial financial backing from high-profile investors like Peter Thiel and others, the firm boasts approximately $10 billion in digital and fiat assets. Although originally slated for a 2021 SPAC merger, these plans were shelved in favor of a traditional IPO, which is currently in the works with the assistance of Jefferies Financial Group. Amidst active discussions of expanding its banking partnerships, Bullish continues to represent a significant player in the crypto space, embodying the optimism seen across the market with a staggering increase to $3.15 trillion from $2.2 trillion previously.
